Designing and Installing High-Performance HVAC Systems the EarthCraft Way

Due to recent interest, a new EarthCraft HVAC training has been scheduled. The training will take place at Southface’s SWEET Center on May 26, from 9AM to 5PM.

The focus of the course will be creating high performance HVAC systems using EarthCraft’s above code standards as guidance. Highlights of the course will include:

• current Georgia energy codes and how they impact the HVAC trades,
• how to identify and review Manual J, S and D calculations,
• ENERGY STAR v3 standards as well as ASHRAE 62.2 ventilation requirements,
• and how to reduce call-backs, comfort complaints and unhappy customers, minimize risk and improve your company’s reputation.

Continuing education credits are available for the course including the Georgia State Licensing Board for Conditioned Air Contractors, Residential and General Contractors for 6 continuing education hours and 4 BPI credits and 8 hours from the AL HVAC Board.
