EarthCraft Light Commercial

East Point City Hall, ECLC – Gold

EarthCraft Light Commercial (ECLC) is a green building certification program for resource-responsible design and construction practices for small-scale, or “light,” commercial buildings. The program focuses on on-site planning, energy and water efficiency, building durability, and improved occupant health and comfort. ECLC is best suited for commercial building projects 50,000 square feet or less; however, projects up to 80,000 square feet may be considered for the program once HVAC plans have been approved.

EarthCraft Light Commercial FitOut

ECLC FitOut certification is targeted for restaurants, shops, or smaller office spaces that will occupy a previously built commercial interior as owner or tenant. The certification is designed to bring energy and water efficiency, as well as building durability and improved indoor air quality, to the space through an accessible and streamlined process.

Emory Point, ECLC Ready – Certified

This certification is designed for property owners working within commercial spaces who would like to take advantage of energy and water savings. ECLC Ready provides a pathway for commercial building owners to seek and achieve their own third-party recognition through the ECLC program.
