EarthCraft certified Builders, Technical Advisors, HVAC professionals and Realtors all have a role in the construction, renovation and marketing of EarthCraft buildings.
Builder
EarthCraft Builders register, design, and build EarthCraft projects. They work with EarthCraft Technical Advisors to align your building to EarthCraft standards. Additionally, EarthCraft Builders play an active role in educating residents on EarthCraft benefits and high-performance building practices.
EarthCraft Builders include builders and site supervisors responsible for the day-to-day activities of projects. EarthCraft requires that every builder or developer register their company with the EarthCraft program and that an on-site representative be certified as an EarthCraft Builder.
Technical Advisor
EarthCraft Technical Advisors (TA’s) provide technical assistance for EarthCraft Builders to guide projects through the certification process, advise on best building practices and provide third-party verification for your project to make sure it is meeting EarthCraft guidelines and requirements.
HVAC Contractor
Earthcraft HVAC Contractors will implement best practices and smooth the process of installing an efficient, high-performance HVAC system in your building. They have extensive knowledge of HVAC design and how to increase comfort for your building’s occupants and how to correctly size heating and conditioning systems into your building.
Real Estate Professionals
Ready to buy an EarthCraft property or sell your property? An EarthCraft Real Estate Professional will draw from their knowledge to present and market your EarthCraft home to green property buyers. They can translate sustainable features into benefits and have the expertise on policy and mortgage incentives for purchasing energy-efficient buildings.
